1. Overview

We want you to love your Dermavaé experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased through unauthorized retailers.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at dermavae@drmcnemar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return was due to our error).
